History
The history of our company goes back to the year 1992 when Kimmo Kotro established a commercial name for his one-man business. Three years later he established the company Suunnittelulinja Kimmo Kotro Oy Ltd, whose work is now continued by the >present company under the name Suunnittelulinja Finland Oy Ltd. Ever since the beginning, the clientele has included large chains of enterprises, which is why the company has acquired such strong knowhow in the construction of business, office and industrial premises.
Now and in future
Today, the results of our planning work within home construction business can be seen all over Southern and Southwestern Finland. The basic improvement or extension of existing properties can be more demanding from the planning and implementation perspective than working with a totally new building. Business must go on as usual even when the construction work is underway. We have very much experience on this from the fields of both commerce and industry.
Our future challenge is to expand our planning services. The key challenge will be how to integrate the management of environmental aspects into the planning process.
